Truffle Dinner – Wednesday 3rd August


Throughout the month of July (and early August) we will be celebrating ‘Truffle Month’ across the Bentley Group with special events and menus across all of our venues.

For this special event we will be welcoming guests to celebrate the truffle season with us at Monopole. On Wednesday 3rd August, we will host an exclusive dinner showcasing David Coomer’s rare black winter truffles.

Often referred to as “black diamonds”, Coomer Truffles are sourced from the fertile land nestled between the mighty Jarrah and Karri forests east of Margaret River. The richness of the soils and the cool climate are ideally suited to growing premium grapes and black truffles, similar to those in renowned truffle destinations in France and New Zealand. Manjimup is the largest producer of Superior Perigord Truffles in the southern hemisphere.

Our team will use their incredible knowledge of seasonal produce to design a menu featuring these Australian Black Winter Truffles with the option for wines matched and selected by Nick Hildebrandt on the evening.

This will be a night not to miss.

Our Reservation Policy

Monopole accepts limited bookings. We book up to half of the restaurant and leave the rest for walk ins.

For bookings of 6 or more we require credit card details to secure the reservation. If you fail to arrive for your booking or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation a cancellation fee may apply.

Groups of 8 or more are required to select our $90 set “Monopole menu”. For tables booked at 6:00 to 6:30 pm there is a 2 hour dining time.
